The common table in our house is for everyone. This is where we celebrate the moments spent together, enjoy the presence of guests and taste the dishes.
Uroczysko Gryżyna is a place where we do not discuss ideological, political or religious topics. Let's leave them to individual views. Therefore, we ask you to respect the privacy rights of other guests and household members.
We are guided by universal and timeless values: the right to life, peace, tolerance, freedom, truth, justice and love, and the wisdom flowing from the Decalogue for hundreds of years has shaped our European culture.
1) We came to the countryside to rest. Likewise, we would like our guests to enjoy the peace of the village, the murmur of the forest and the splashing of the Gryżyński Stream springs.
We do not have attractions for children such as a sandbox, swing, playroom or animation,
We want Uroczysko Gryżyna to be intended for adults, let's leave the children at home with their grandparents so that you can sleep, break away from the everyday hustle and bustle and relax.
However, we are not radical and in individual cases we will agree to accept children, but in a limited number.
Please note that Uroczysko Gryżyna is located in the immediate vicinity of the river's floodplain and its sources, right next to a beaver site with a steep slope. The area is partially fenced, and wild animals may appear around the house.
2) We do not sell alcohol, but we leave its consumption to the discretion of our guests. We reserve the right to intervene in the event of excessive consumption causing discomfort to other guests and household members.
3) In the Uroczysko Gryżyna Guest House, smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products using the heating effect of tobacco is strictly prohibited. Fire safety considerations require us to introduce such a ban. Moreover, in the rooms and common areas it is forbidden to use any devices or apparatus powered by electricity (230 V) or gas, which are not part of the equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, gas burners. The only exception are certified chargers for phones, tablets and computers. It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive or unpleasant-smelling materials.
4) We like animals very much and we have two pets ourselves. Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrive with pets. We limit the number of a person's most faithful friends to 4 for the entire house. We charge PLN 25 per day for a pet's stay. Pets cannot be left alone in rooms when guests are away, and pets must be kept on a leash in common areas of the house and the entire garden. Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets throughout the premises. Owners are financially responsible for damage caused by animals.
5) We reserve rooms via our website and availability calendar. The reservation is confirmed after payment of the deposit.
The deposit is forfeited if you cancel your stay. Shortening your stay does not entitle you to a refund for the unused period. Payment for the entire stay (less the deposit) is made no later than on the day of arrival in cash.
6) A deposit of 50% for the organization of special events is collected no later than 5 days after the final approval of the offer. The remaining amount must be transferred to the account provided by the Owners no later than one week before the start of the event. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the 50% deposit is non-refundable
7) The hotel day starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
8) Uroczysko Gryżyna is located in the Gryżyński Landscape Park and the Natura 2000 area. Night silence lasts from 22:00 to 06:00.
9) The hosts are not responsible for guests' belongings left in the rooms.
10) All items collected in Uroczysko Gryżyna, furniture, equipment, trinkets, etc. have sentimental value for us. Therefore, we will evaluate any damage individually. The rented room must be left in the same technical condition as it was on the day of arrival.
11) Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate check-out and non-refund of the stay fee.
12) Making a payment for your stay is tantamount to accepting the above regulations.
13) As a customer, you have the option to return/cancel the ordered service in accordance with the booking conditions. You have the right to withdraw from the contract/cancel the reservation in accordance with the conditions described when placing the order
14) We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in our private house without giving a reason.
